BACKGROUND
Kathleen was born in La Jolla, California, and raised in Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe, California. She grew up vacationing in the desert and has lived there since 1986. Kathleen was on the planning commission of one of the local cities and bought her first home in 1990. As an ex-professional and nationally ranked athlete, she knows it takes dedication and hard work to reach her clients’ goals. She is there for clients until their home is sold or they find the perfect dream home. Kathleen has expert knowledge of desert communities in all price ranges. She is known for her excellent negotiating and listening skills, a kind and loving heart, exceptional ability to find the right-fitting properties and commitment to serving clients with integrity, honesty and professionalism.
